Pre flowering or hermaphrodite?

Hey all, new grower. Can’t tell if my plants turning into a hermaphrodite from stress or if it’s entering the pre-flowering stage. I’ve been growing outdoors and possibly had nitrogen deficiency on one plant and recently it looks like it could be growing pollen sacks or it could be growing preflowers. Thoughts?

Thanks for the replies! I was thinking that and tried google but couldn’t find any that looked exactly the same. Just wanted to double check before getting rid of it
