man, I'm no expert but I would say flower 'em!
They are certainly mature enuff.
what is ppp?

*edit: you want the light to hit as much of the plants as possible. I use a 600W HPS and keep it 12 to 14 inches above the tops. and yes, you will need to switch to a flowering nutrient.

How'v you made this far without nutes in a hydro unit? Normally you look for the starting symptoms of deficiencies to let you know how your technique is performing. After flower flip, you continue to feed veg blend and ween into bloom. Also strain dependent because it's kind a percent of the flowering time.

Flowering time is strain dependent based on how much stretch it will exhibit vs how much surface area your light can cover. Your plants look pretty close to being ready to flower if you yourself are ready. Alternatively you can cut the plant back if you want more tops per unite of space.

There is a sweet spot in every light or a usable range in distances and this becomes more important later as you try harder to get penetration into the canopy without removing leaves. For instance 12"-18" usable depth is fairly common on the 200W (actual) panels. although you MAY be able to get away with being closer than 12" to the canopy it would be advised not to in case of light bleaching.

Looks to me like you should have flipped the lights weeks ago.. Under a light that small you're going to run out of room in the footprint of the light. If they get overcrowded, you may have to relocate or otherwise remove the runt of the two.

I would invest in more lights. At least a cheap ebay 100-200 watt led, or anything you can get your hands on before you get fucked by the preflower stretch. If they don't stretch much you could probably get away with just hanging several soft white cfl's around them so there's not a shady spot.

I got a 200w le on the way now, thanks!

Ofcourse ive added nutes but i wonder IF there is someway to know when to ad more, or is IT enough when i ad more water when IT gets Low?

Its tricky the lights, My plan is to grow smaller ones in Every hole., ideas about extra light? I dont want the electric Bill to be suspicious.

They look pretty happy to me with whatever you're doing. If you increase the nutes little by little every week you'll get the point to where the tips of the leafs burn just a little bit, dial it back a smidge and she'll loveyou.

And as long as you're pulling less than 1500-2000watts don't worry about the power bill. If you live somewhere where it gets cold it'll just look like you have a few space heaters running. Even your standard space heater pulls ~1000 watts. It's the people trying to grow hundreds of plants with like 10000 watts that get flagged by the power company. You're more likely to get caught by showing them off to your friends, or getting the cops called to your house for something unrelated and they stumble upon your garden. Just remember, no one needs to know about those plants but yo. It's hard, but it's best if even your best friend doesn't know.

OK, then for the bill then:) oh no worrys there, don't trust people anymore. My wife is the only one who knows:)
I wanna buy some good led so I know that I got enough light. They told me Mars pro free 2 was a very good light source, and it cost me a pretty penny... Yeah I'm disappointed:\

Any ideas anyone, not to much W for the monthly bill, and still enough to plant in all 20 holes!

The mars leds seems to be pretty good lights, though I've never used one. As @iHearAll said, it's all a matter of penetration! ;)

The light you have night work just fine for one plant the size of the ones you've got on your hands. Your situation is one of the 2 biggest mistakes among beginners, you vegged for too long, which is better thann the other common mistake of not vegging long enough.

Your doing alright though. Just force those to flower now, within a week you'll need the second light if you want to grow them both to harvest. Or you could set up a bubble bucket for one of them and keep it as a mother for future generations if you like the smoke.

And when you have the resources, you should pick up a 200 or 400 watt hps if you have the means for ventilation. Nothing out performs the hps for flower.

I agree about the power. Space heaters are 1500W (12.5A) and my coffee pot (900W) pulls more power than my 600W hps & ballast. Using LED's are a lot more efficient than mh or hps bulbs, coffee pots and space heaters i would imagine.

You should cover your walls something white to reflect some light. Panda film works well, but anything would be better than getting insulation all over your buds.
