Power Outage

honestly not quite sure what to do here and am getting a bit a worried. Power has been out in the house for about 30 minutes now and I’m not sure how much longer it will be out because it is early morning.

So my question how screwed are my plants if the lights are out for too long? I’m in about week 3 of flower and they were in the middle of lights on when the power went out. Also I’m in MI so it’s colder and I’m in a basement and my heater is off now too so I’m afraid the temps will get very low and kill them. Any advice of what I should do after power comes back is much appreciated.

alright so lights are back on now and plants are looking fine. One last question though should I just leave the timer the same as it’s been, or should i change it at all to compensate for the lights being off

Adjust back in steps to not go over lights on times for bloom......In veg, just move them back....

OMG. Chill out and carry on.

Whether veg or bloom a day or two of power interruption doesn't hurt a thing as long as they don't freeze. We lost power for two weeks due to non payment and I used a propane heater to keep temps up in the room and extra peroxide to keep the two DWC tubs going and once we got power back there was nothing to show that they missed a thing.

Pot plants are some of the toughest plants in our world and to treat them like orchids is to disrespect them.

40 years of beating them up has taught me that they are tougher than me. :)

How do we know it was just going to be a short intermission...

All I was saying is get some light in there, you know how little light it takes to start waking them up.
I didn't mean he had to try and get any productive photosynthesis out of it.

Three or four days of fucked up lighting, temps etc isn't going to screw nothing up whether veg or flower.

So tired of all the advice from "pros" to keep them dark until time to light or change times 15 min a day so they don't go hermie.

Just get them back on track and screw that shit. If your plants go hermie it's because they are hermie plants. Stress doesn't make them hermie. Lousy genetics makes them hermie.

So much BS about this hermie crap.
