Powdery mildew treatment question

I noticed PM on my plants(wiped clean off of leaf,no under leaf infestation,no bugs) and I'm going to be switching to using the 10-1 hydrogen peroxide treatment instead of the baking soda as I read it works better. However do I need to also flush the soil before changing treatments and after treating? Also how often do I need to spray the solution?

The infestation was minimal and I'm not set up for keeping plants indoors. I have moved them inside the house from the shed under their light and keep the fan on for them but do I need to be concerned with PM getting into my or my pets lungs? If so back outside they will go. Please I'd appreciate any advice on this.

I have never heard of any good results from these techniques...not saying they dont work at all, just haven't happened to run across people who successfully use them you know, but through experience, sulfur burners work wonders for PM, there is controversy with peroxide, pros and cons but if your problem isn't bad bad, then i don't believe you have to worry bout your pets but its always better to be safe then sorry, and bringing outside plants inside is ALWAYS risky with disease and mold, temp fiff, air and all the other changes it has to go thru cause stress and weakens it to diseaese and mold
