throw the infected buds away bro,they are not safe to smoke

allways watch your buds hard in the last few weeks,pm useually breaks out towards the end of flower most of the time

Some people can be harmed badly by ingesting mildew/mold....can even be deadly for those with respiratory issue. Be safe. Drying in oven not recommended.

please post up some info on this if ud be so kind... been looking, not finding much, i have some PK with minor mildew on some of finished product. still smokin... not dead yet... curious though. lol.

post some pics of the buds.

IF you have a respiratory issue you should not smoke

why didnt u treat it before u harvested

So all ready trimmed leaves and I still have some spots on buds. So I was wondering if I dried them in the oven at about 90 to 100 degrees. Would that kill the mildew? And if so how long should I keep them in the oven?​

actually the answer to ur question is on wikipedia. if i can remember right its 150c degrees for like 30 mins (not sure on the time). they tell u to do this incase there is any mould or fungi on the buds, and it doesnt ruin the quality of ur buds. i know the heat will kill the spores but those spores may contain toxins.

Heat also kills THC as well if I remember correctly...

u can make butter out of the worst nugs and the ones that have barely any PM on them just try to cut it off

too bad he couldnt have caught it before harvest

I did catch this weeks ago. I tried excell LG, milk and h2o, and peroxcide and h2o. Teh peroxcide thing worked the best, so what i did was soak my buds in a gallon of h2o and 1 1/2 cups of peroxcide for about 2 hrs. When I went to pull them out of the water it was bubbling a little bit. So I'm assumming the mildew is killed the buds looked great.
I hung them for 2 days with a fan on them. It's now been 4 days and they still look good. Tomorrow will be 5 days then I'll jar them. I'll keep you all posted

time to improve your growing enviroment. if you tried all of that and it didnt help, i would suspect theres a spot maybe under your tent or on your walls that has collected moisture and theres a breeding ground for mold spores.

Interesting concept, but the thing is that not all plants caught the PM just the 3 white russians, 2 master kush, and 2 bubba kush.
Non of my LSD's, Blueberry kush, or Coletrain plants caught anything. But I do agree a another good cleaning is needed.
