potassium nitrate and weed burnability

Has anyone used potassium nitrate on there plants in flower and have you noticed any differance in burnability.
It's used in gun powder and i just thaught that it might make a differance. on the other hand, it could be one of the worst things to add, any input wellcome'd

Fun stuff. Never used it on plants though, :lol:

We use to get it in the garden section but it was labeled stump remover. Makes awesome smoke bombs too. It's probably pretty potent though for plants, but if they need K and N it's probably fine. Just a guess, but I'm pretty sure it's used for fertilizer too.

YEAH THOSE SMOKE BOMBS ARE GREAT, AND THE Black powder you get from it.
i know its a fertilizer, but never herd of it used on cannabis and wondred why?

Maybe you never looked at the ingredients before...its in almost every fertilizer you can think of....jacks, athena, megacrop, front row ag, etc.

im not a big fan of bottled nutes, im a dry amendmens and compost teas grower, but i recently got into growing potassium nitrate crystals from an old book i found and some youtube vids and thaught it was interesting, it was the burnability of weed that i was interested in, as it maks great gunpwder
