Potassium deficiency?

Fox farm tiger bloom nute Tablespoon per gal every other watering
Indoor grow
Some plants outside have this
Mid 90s when started Happening
Still happening with temps mid 80s
Leaning on too much tiger bloom salt build up causing lockout
Any help greatly appreciated

Have u looked for bugs? I see lots of white dots
