Pot size for White Widow?

Looking for a pot size for the white widow, outdoors of course. Can't seem to find a good answer through searching. I don't want it to get over 4 feet tall. I plan on topping and maybe lst. Thanks for your advice.

3 gallon is average size i would go with 5 gallon if your gonna top and lst.

how many bags of foxfarm ocean forest do i need for (2) 5 gal pots? lol

A gallon equals .133368056 cubic feet. 5-gallons = .67 cubic feet.

As I recall FFOF comes in 1.5 cubic foot bags, so all you'll need is one bag for two 5-gallon pots. Don't forget to add perlite for air and drainage.

Thanks.. that answers my question.

And oh yeah, doesn't ocean forest come with perlite? Or should I always add more? sand too?

Another question.. should I started my seeds after germination in Foxfarms "light warrior" soil?

i use a mix 2 bags ocean to one bag light warrior and add perlite for seed starts

I have always used ocean forest by fox farm if growing in dirty, i found a mix taht works very well. For every 3 bags of oceanforest 1 bag of perlite, then get it all mixed up and wet and put in pots. Works great.
