pot of gold plants dead leaves and early flower's dying and spreading up branches

I have three pog plants outside in 30 gal pots flowering real nice and then i was picking yellow leaves noticed dead leaves and early flowers dying on the lower part of all branches and spreading up flowering really nice now dying help please

thats all bud rot most likely form the rain.

Thats what i thought at first but I'm in nor cal no rain triple. digits last two weeks have not been wet
Could it be root lock stems green used microscope no fussy hair just dead?
