I weighed them last night and have a total of 5.2 oz. Still very happy with that total and will be if it drops some more! It has been a total success to this point. I am confident in saying that this first harvest has paid for the Supernova! I will be totally in the black after my next harvest. I must say CD i am truly impressed with that first harvest. The time and dedication really paid off for you in the end.
11 jars and 5.2 ozs thats fantastic! :clap: I remember my first one and it blew me away too
Now the fun begins, your gonna want to start crossing and piddiling
now that the first grow is out of the way you will feel way more comfortable with the ones to follow
this will allow you more time to experiment and research Like mossy and the rest of us.
Remember its addicting and you are right the feeling to be able to self provide is amazing

Again job well done my friend, and you have also made me a believer in the LED tech
Im going to start looking into these for summer grows that way i can cut the A/C to a minumum
as well as the light bill......

Right on FD thanks for the kind words! Yeah heat is one of the reasons I have to go with LED. With my cabinet I made the LED has kept the temps in the 78-82 degree range. I have nothing against mh/hps at all. I have never used that setup obviously since this is my first ever grow. I just know that if I would have gone that route, then the temps inside and out would not have been manageable without some modifications to the closet in which my cabinet sits. Which is definitley not an option at this time. In a couple years I will be moving from that closet to my own grow room, so who knows I may utilize both technologies. I am taking it all in for when I can have a bigger operation. At least by the time I can move to a room I will have some grows under my belt and enough confidence to try some of the more advanced growing techniques like you and the others on here. That's what I love about RIU is that everyone has been cool as fuck, and very helpful! Lots of cool people with cool info and techniques! Very glad I decided to post my first grow on here! Thanks again to everyone for their help and kind words during my first grow!

hey duplex

cheers dude. got a 400w hps in there and two small cfls under the plants with two hydro 405 trays.. i start 3 easies every 5 weeks and get on average 7-9oz every 5 weeks. i love this strain.. i reckon if you stretch them early on they do loads better. Also hydro is sooooo much better for yields over soil grows. I reckon i stressed this plant early on, maybe 10 days old by removing one of the large fan leaves. slowed it down but few days later it just went nuts!!!

nice that 400 is really getting the job done im quite impressed with the structure as well as the lushness of the plant. Its quite vigorous what ever you are doing they like thats for sure.
Hydro seems to make autos explode. Every time i see a massive grow its usually related to a hydro grow but i never assume, so thats why i asked.
Keep up the good work man im impressed with that plant.

I got six little ones that are doing well and may be able to
add some nice shots in a few weeks.

But i did harvest my seeded JEM last night and i figured id share a few shots.

All of those are Snowryder. The first photo is the main cola and the plant was the biggest and yielded 50g+, the second was a great pheno, super skunky and tasted great. Third photo was also one of the bigger ones, huge yield also

And great work on The Art Of Auto thread. I love AUTOs. Ive only ever grown Joint Doctors EasyRyder coz i have great yields but am getting a little bored of them now and was wondering if you know of another good high yielding strain under 1m height but not small either??? i have got 1 purp jem on the go along with 3 easys at the min just to give something different a go.

Thanks man i appreciate that, was looking to give us auto guys a place to call home, and a place to share things.
there are a couple that i have seen since my treck into this world

I run a lot of Mossy's work the PJ from joint dr is one of his hyb.
So i think that you will like what you get at the end of that run, they blew me away :)

A couple others that i would recommend would be Onyx, i have seen massive yields from these
Sour60 is another one that looks really good as well. I have seen high yields on this one to and they are true auto
Mi5 is ok, i still hear that its not full auto from time to time and they have a high hermi rate from what i have seen/read

Also there is a Guy named CheeseHead who has a NYLD and a NYD auto that are pretty damn good looking too .

Just be cautious on what you get were hearing more and more reports about acclaimed autos and then when its time they DO NOT AUTO!

UpThe: I love the snowryders mate... Cheers. SR is one of my favorites. I love the bud formations and the frosting of glads is nothing to shy from. I chose a pheno to work with that tastes almost exactly like the juicy fruit bubble gum you can buy. I've got her to the F4 selection, but i am still going through all my F3's before i pop any of the next gen. A friend of mine really loves the F3's, so he's been helping me with some progeney testing.
How late do you take yours? I have some phenos that i've let go 10 weeks. Some have been 7 weekers, but i feel 8/9 weeks does a SR good.

FD: No worries mate, it's my own thread, and i only have past grow pics to add. lol. Soon enough. I have to get some thing going here by dec. Need some beans for the outdoors.. I feel like i am behind this year.

I love the jems.. I have a 30 pack of sour60's right from the man himself.. And some brand spanking new reworked bluestreaks.. All i think about is popin the mossy gear.. More his personal stuff than jems but i think about them when i am working away at work.. I love the skunky phenos.

hey yall heres my easy ryder day 35 days in she's slowed down going almost an inch a day from day 25 she seems to be leveling off and starting to add bud...

Wow great looking plants! This thread is simply amazing, I just started getting my feet wet with autoflowering strains and I must say I'm very impressed with what I've seen in this thread.

I'm currently growing Short Stuff's Mi5. She's at day 58 not doing bad imo. I just threw her in my 12/12 tent and now I plan to build an autoflower tent for more of these bad girls. Anyways here are some pics.

Lemme know what you think.
