mine is shitty, but effective - and a pic of a couple of my sprouts from like 2 days ago. they have twice as many leaves now

hey that is shitty! I would add some wattage. I personally have a computer case with two 26 watters for vegging my plants.

i plan on adding splitters to this setup for the next grow for a total of 28 cfls - anything bigger i will just go hps

I screwed my plan for 8 plants and am going on for only three. 4 25 watt 4 foot cool white fluorescent tubes and a 15 watt warm white 18" tube, is this enough?

noo wayy bro, you should buy yourself at absolute least one cfl of 23w per plant plus the flo fixture. Personaly id have 6 23w 6700k bulbs in there. Check out your wallmart, they have the best prices ive found yet.

fuuuckk thaaat, walmart is like 50miles away. ill just screw the 3 and fixture i all on one plant. hopefully ill get some dence chron bud

I just recently did the vanity light deal and its working out great. I went to work today and came home to find that my 4 day old sprout is started to grow 4 leaves and my 2 2 week old plants are just bangin' they are filling out and growing taller everytime i see them.

even if all fails and they are male who cares this is my first try and its amazing.

Just did my set up today. Space is about 3'x18"x18" give or take. I have 4x42W, 2x29W and 2x27W. Also can add a couple of clipon lights if all of my seeds grow.
