I have had 2 packages confiscated by usps in last 4yrs. One package had quarter and the other 20 mmj brownies.
I denied knowing about any thing and that was that. Is my name on some alert page at usps?

I see people make comments like "made it through customs" but from all the reading I have done, tracking does not update nor show when your item is in customs. ISC is NOT customs, that is the international sorting center. So until your package is actually traveling showing up at local POs (not the first one) it could still be in customs and not updating.

And I disagree completely with people saying USPS doesnt care, or Fedex Or UPS....
If any of those three (not customs) finds/confiscates your shit, expect to be reported. If any of those 3 dont report something like contraband, they themselves can get into DEEP SHIT.

No way dude, USPS, FEDEX and UPS care not what you put in the box as long as you do your part to package properly they could give two shits less. No one is going to open up your seeds if you buy them in the US regardless of your beliefs. People don't open your mail unless you put some dank in there and it is stankin up the truck.

Paranoid people making shit up for what.

We all know what happens when your beans get found by customs, but what happens when the post office finds them?

It's been over a month since my order arrived in the country. So it got past customs I would assume. Has this happened to anyone? I would much rather a thief at the usps get them than the authorities.
If it passed customs you have nothing to worry about, it's likely just a mail delay. What does tracking say at this point? USPS could not care less about your seeds. Even the border guards will just send your package with a letter telling you they took your seeds if they find them. Even if one of them had an issue it would be with the sender, not the receiver. Don't sweat it bud.

It's crazy to see this worry about seeds and such a mere 9 years ago. now legalization and decriminalization is happening across the country and I can buy seeds at the hydro shop down the road for my perfectly legal grow. I knew this day would come, but it still seemed to sneek up on me.

It truly is a crazy thing. I’d be more concerned these days with Usps loosing or smashing my package lol
