Possible new grower with a few questions...

Hey guys,

So I have a few questions that I am hoping to get answered. I have been looking through the forum but have not been able to find much on them...

1. What is the legal limit plant wise in Washington for a grow? I have heard it is 12 mature plants per person (which makes it 36 plants total if you have 3 people operating at the same location) but I am not sure if this is true. I have also heard the number 99 plants passed around a lot, but I heard something along the lines of that being legal only with a growers permit?

2. Seeing that the growth/harvesting of Marijuana is legal in the State of Washington, but not legal federally, do I stand the chance of jail time if say the DEA knocks down my door even if I have a growers license/Medical permit?

3. As far as transporting product to a dispensary, is there a "legal" way to do this? Or is it more so do not get caught?

Thank you for the help all!

do you have your medical authorization? if you do then your limit will be printed at the bottom. if you do not have it you are not legal to grow. most limits are 15 plants hope this helps

Again, as long as the fed holds an iron grip with an insistent Schedule 1 stance, any state regs/laws become little more than legal silly putty. Though seldom admitted by influentials in most settings, plant count, med credentials and the like are virtually meaningless if law enforcement decides it suits their interests for whatever reason. Though the people have spoken, the fed still insists the voters have been temporarily duped by dopes, who will eventually come to their senses and grow up, yada, yada. Not to sound negative or make u paranoid, just get real about the almost meaningless state statutes. States who now more than ever rely on federal $$$.
