It looks like a stamen dropped pollen on pistils below it. Maybe you'll get some seeds, particularly if you have a fan to blow air. Since your objective is not to grow seeds, you've removed it from the rest of the plants, minimizing chances for any further pollination. If it were me, I wouldn't worry any further about it.
In furtherance of your goal of seed-free buds, you could revert your female plants to vegetative, trim all the existing potentially-fertilized buds off, then start the bloom cycle back up. It takes about a month to revert, so there's a loss of time.
