possible deficiency???

hi, maybe someone could help me here. This is a white widow seedling 11 days old from start of germ. I put into bubbler 4 days ago with a res mix of GH 3 part 2ml each 5gallons ppm 190 5.3pH h2o2
This plant is showing some yellowing happenin', and just wondering if any1 thinks its safe to up the ppm a little bit?
oh ya , i started with RO water 0 ppm ph 6.9 added down after mixn obviously

i usually start feeding around day 11, but my seedlings are a lot bigger than what you have going. it looks a little small yet for nutes. wait till you get 3 alternating internodes.

Your pH is too low at 5.3. Can cause leaf curling in the short term, nute lockout in the longer. Shoot for 5.8.

Yes, you could go to 400ppm if you like, that's still pretty weak. Bump to 800 or so in a couple of weeks, if all looks good go to 1400 the next week.
