Well I just made some poppy seed tea. I used about 225g of seeds. Its been about a year or so since my last "opiate" use, so my tolerance is wayyy down. The dosage is kinda low (just to be safe). but I have been sipping on it for about 40 mins now and its complete bliss. I feel sooo good! I haven't even peaked yet. unfortunately the tea tastes like shit...so its kinda take awhile to down it.. im using Gatorade as a chaser LOL.

What kind of poppy seeds? Where do they come from? How did you make the tea?

If you're feeling blissed after 45 mins it's time to stop sipping. Tea often takes over an hour to reach full effect and it can be hard to judge the dose and over doing it can kill you. Be safe and enjoy!

I bought them on Ebay, all you have to do is type "unwashed poppy seeds" and a lot will come up. I can give you the guy I used, if you want.

You get the amount of poppy seeds you want. I used 225g. Put them in a gallon container, then fill with warm water until its about an inch over the seeds and then shake for about 15 mins. You can also add lemon juice to help strip the opiates off the seeds.

That's pretty much it lol It feels like morphine...its amazing.

And MrEDuck, you are absolutely right. Pretty much after I wrote my last post, I dumped the rest. I didn't want to over do it. Better be safe then sorry!

Really? I thought I ready that the opiates/alkaloids break down or something...? Is that not true? (read that online) I would of saved it then lol

hell yes the fridge is fine for tea, done it many times. Longest maybe 4 days. Never noticed any degredation.

No degradation but it will start to ferment after a few days IME which makes it even grosser if you can believe it. Dont leave it tightly capped.

is that why it tasted like that?

no, really, there must be a difference between poppy and seed tea, I only put poppy tea in the fridge and never encountered noticeable fermentation. This was long before I quit with the preparations, ground up a few pods, dumped the dust in a tumbler of water swirled it around a moment and then choked it down. Picking bits out of my teeth afterward.

Whaaat?! I didn't even know this was a thing. I tried looking up unwashed poppy seed and all of the reviews are super mixed. What is a reliable source?

Seeds vary from 5-15$ dollars. Depends how much you want. I used ebay. The guy I used deff has unwashed seeds.

Tightpockt, if you want to know the guy I used on ebay, just send me a PM.

The pods will almost always have a healthy coating of yeast on them, You know the haze the pods get when they become about ripe

If you think about the industry , your best bet is to buy the cheapest seeds you can find in bulk (resturant supply)

most seeds are not going to be washed since it's more expensive to do so, and unnessary

The stronger seeds are going to be from pods grown in windy conditions or otherwise damaged , since the seed only has the 'goods' when the plant is damaged and has bleed on the seeds
