i have just got my hands on chicken poo, do i just mix it with warm water or is there more to it

yeah, just mix the chicken shit in and drink it.

yes u mix it with warm water and stir freaqntly let it sit for a day inna sock any add a cup a gallon cup inna half...

will the npk value still be the same if its steeped in hot water?

Manure tea is easy. Fill an old sock with composted manure and place it in a bucket of water. Let it steep 4-5 days. The water will turn a rich brown color.
