OK I am building a 4x4x7 out of 2x3's and I am going to be useing visqueen plastic/panda film to enclose it. I am thinking about useing the peel and stick zipper so I can create a door but I am also looking to keep it as air tite as possible because I want to run co2. How air tite are these zippers and how can I seal the bottom of the plastic to the 2x3 once I have it zipped together, I thought maybe velcro strips but I am open for suggestions. For the rest of the room I know I can go along all the seems to keep air tite.

I tried one of those zippers a long time ago. It's not light proof and it ripped apart first time I tried to use it. Any stress on the plastic will cause this. Switched to heavy duty velcro and never looked back. I have a door that I've used for 3 years with no trouble. Make sure you get the wide velcro, got it at Lowes. Kinda expensive, but worth it imho.

yeah, totally not light proof. but i have a sheet of panda film to move before i get to the zipper. and you will have to do repairs to the zipper. it tears a lot.
