Pollination & Seed Formation

If you have a hermie in a room of females & don't pick the bananas and allow it to pollinate the other females in the room, how long does it take for seeds to form and mature on the plants?

I don't want to continue to pick bananas daily if it isn't necessary. Presently they are in week 6 of flower. Thanks.

Yeah this is a really tough one and i can really only answer based on the seed formation at different levels in the bud. I would believe that it takes around 2 to 3 weeks to have usable seeds, but only a day or two to get the little hard spot that doesn't smoke right.

Seeds only take a few weeks to form, but they probably need at least 4 weeks before they're viable. I do some pollen chucking myself and I give beans a minimum of 6 weeks to form and mature. Anyways, the bigger issue is that you have hermies in your room so learn from that. If they're from feminized beans, don't by feminized beans. If they're from a mother, toss your mother. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice and information. It's hard sometimes to get information on here regarding some things. I did a lot more research and found out that it takes MJ beans 3-5 weeks to form and mature. I've found on the lower portions of these black mature beans already so apparently this has been going on for longer than I originally thought. I want these to finish fast but still mostly clear trichomes. I don't think the beans have taken over completely. Hopefully in one week this will all be over.

Napoleon rocks by the way.
