So I'm going to be using Tiresias mist on one of my autos very soon and once I have the pollen I want to cross it with some samsara el alquimista regular seeds I have and I'm just curious if it will still be an autoflowering plant? And help is appreciated, this will be my first time breedig and I dont know much, if anything.

You will get 100% photoperiod responsive plants in the f1 because they will all be heterozygoud dominant so the recessive auto trait will not show through, if you then take males from your f1 population and crack another femenized seed of p1 auto. Mom you can back cross the males to there mother and the progeny ahould display a ratio of. 50% autoflowering plants and 50% photo, then ypu can take the f1bx seedlings that are autoflowering and breed them sibling to sibling and the next generation will be 100% true. Breeding for autoflowering.
