I had a hermie's pollen pod pop open.. my question is, essentially, 4-6 weeks from now when these start flowering... will the pollen that was released in the room have any effect on the plants in there a month later.

probably not; in my experience, loose pollen dies after a max of two week in open air. water kills it quick, so if you're worried, simply mist your whole grow area.
