havent grown in over a year.last time they hermied and went all pollen. while away for a few days.question is,how long does pollen stay ACTIVE.do i need to re-do closet lining?

wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution and you will be fine. some people feel pollen lasts a while, but i think its no longer viable after a couple weeks at room temperature.

some seem to believe male pollen is viable for months, maybe longer, in the grow room
i don't have as much experience, but i've had males throw the pollen(which i gathered for future pollination), and did minimal cleanup
no pollination happened in the next grow that i didn't do myself by choice
you have to wonder if well hidden hermie blooms don't account for the belief that pollen lives a long time in the ambient environment
