Hello, I recently took some centrifuge cups and dropped some pollen from some males onto them. How long do I have till the semen is no longer good? I just flipped my plants to flower so I’m thinking in about 20 days to hit em with the pollen. I am storing it in a drawer in my room. Room temp 72, 50% rh

Pollen stays good for a super long time in the freezer. I recently used GDP pollen from 2014 that I had in my freezer and it took just fine. Out of the freezer and fridge it will last a couple weeks at least as long as its stored properly but I would throw it in the fridge or freezer. Also when you pollinate your plant, if you plan on just pollinating a branch or two then make sure you put a paper bag over the branch after pollinating it. Then the next day take the bag off and spray the bud with water to inactivate any extra pollen that didnt take so it doesnt fly around and hit the other buds. Good luck

Also important to control humidity as water denatures pollen. Best of luck.
