Here are 8 of my ladies. chem dog is 7 weeks into flower and it is around 7 feet tall.

the rest are in week six. 2 bubba kush, green kush, 2 purple kush, and 2 grand daddy purp and all are around 4 feet tall

1000w super hortilux HPS in a 4'x4'x6.5'
fox farm trio with beastie bloom, silica blast, and calmag also just started using blackstrap molasses,
feel free to ask any questions

i pull 18 to 20 zips off each 1,000 I have. i think you will pull at least 18 if you let them go another week or so

i figure let the 2 GDP and 2 Purple kush go for at least 2 more weeks to week 8 and then the bubba at week 9-10 and then im gona let the chem dog go for however long it takes. ive heard 11-12 weeks in some cases

I only grow PK and I let them go 7 weeks on the dot even though its an 8 week strain. got to letthem suck up and limp a little keep them stressen a little and they finish out quicker. also snow storm works hellllla gud.View attachment 907552

awesome thanks guys.. mrsticky what did you mean by finish them at 7 weeks and let them suck up and limp a little? when did you start to use snow storm? because im already on week 6. how much do you usually get off each plant and what kind of light do you use?

im starting to wish i cloned the GDP strain too because its finishing real white and purple tinted with lime green hints. it looks delicious!

how's the crop? can't wait to see your final dry weight, remember... it's gotta be completely dry lol I guess 17.4 ounces (officially)

everythings lookin real good and smelling even better!! i might have a hard time hiding the smell from the neighbors even though i do have a 6" Phat filter ready to go up. the only problem i have now is that some of the branches are going to be ready next week and some arn't and i'm going to dry in my veg tent while clones are starting. so ive have to move my vegged plants to 12/12 when i start drying and i might not have enough room and i dont want to dry in the same tent that i am vegging in... hmmmmmm

I have somewhere around 1.5-2x as much as what he had in these pics flowering now... If I can pull 1.25lbs and I've paid for the equipment and the next expansion, anything more is mine to smoke so if that is really as much as you're saying I'm looking better than I thought! I mean, damn... 2.5lbs and my expansion could be three times bigger haha

Also, I'm growing bc big bud, so hopefully that helps me reach my goal. The "collectives" around here all dig the amber trichs for pain purposes, so that also gives it more time to pack on the weight.



but yeah..... wonder what the yield was......

Its a delicate balance.... I personally agree when I'm smoking myself, but the collectives around here price so that 2lbs of bud that is a 6-7 out of 10 (in overall quality) and "relieves pain" is worth far more than 1.5lbs of an 8/10 with a more heady high. Anything below 4-5 out of 10 and you'll get maybe 500/qp due to the absence of typical medicinal properties, but if you can get that happy medium then weight is king.

And anything over a particular weight (assuming decent quality) is all mine, so again, weight will determine this because the difference in weight is greater than the difference in quality... I have an idea what to expect for the quality of this strain.
