Incorrect, full compliance. It's interesting though that there's this attempt to paint this hero like that. Wonder what the purpose is, can you explain it?
He's mad the shooter didn't get to exercise his constitutional right to slaughter everyone in the mall without worrying about them defending themselves.

You sure love judge
Jury
And executioner types
Vigilantes will soon be killing each other unless they start wearing a uniform
You know like brown shirts
Not to mention the collateral damage to bystanders

When someone is shooting at me and mine, I gladly take the role of judge, executioner and I'll even dig the hole.

Can you post why you felt you can carry in a restricted place ?
Cause it sounds criminal till you hit the vigilante lottery

First of all, Indiana is a constitutional carry state. The mall was not a restricted place. That is why there are no charges being filed against the hero.

Second, are you arguing that it would have been better if the hero was there unarmed?

I’m saying if everyone runs around with a gun how long will it be before some wannabe hero pulls a gun because another guy has a gun ?

Indiana’s Constitutional Carry law went into effect July 1, legal self-defense. I read he shot from 120’, i don’t believe it. I believe he was right there waiting for his gf to tinkle and let the kid have it from 20’ or less. I’m sure he wishes it didn’t happen.

If I have to choose between that and a wannabe mass murderer shooting unarmed people, I will take the wannabe hero any day of the week. At least then everyone can defend themselves.
