Dude just put rubbing alcohol on it. That will dry it up. And if you scratch it, put more alcohol on it. I grew up in the woods man, I've had that shit a million times. Actually if you want to get rid of it faster, just bust all the little bubbles, and immediately douse the whole area in rubbing alcohol, I mean alot of alcohol. That usually has it dried up in about 24 hrs.
