not sure if this is powdery mildew or wat some one help me out please

theyr gonna start budding soon its my purple kush outdoor and i noticed a bit more on one of my smaller plants

Nope.. all good bros. It looks like residue from foliar feeding or watering splash. not a problem at all. NOT powdery mildew.. I can tell not only by the pics you posted which made it easy to identify, but also the enviornment you have it in and the lack of other vegetation... all safe.
EDIT` Also Powdery Mildew will not have a border line defined around it, rather it creeps out from the stalk or stem of leaf outward like a frost.

i sure hope so man, ive only sprayed it with milk.. and i am makin a solution of 1 gallon water, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tsp of soap and half ounce of baking soda, letting it sit and then gonna strain it into a spray bottle. but now that you say its nothing i dont know wat to do, it seems like its spreading n shit. and some of it is on the new branches growing out.. pic 3 for example, its upside down tho haha never realized until now

it was there before i sprayed the milk.. i saw the white shit supposed it was pm, looked it up, found the idea of using milk for a cure, and then did it.now it is the same thing as i saw the first time before i looked it up and sprayed it.

Well... Unfortunately there is bad advice everywhere.
I strongly advise against further milk treatments, a sulphur powder will take care of powdery mildew.. but you dont have it.

dont kill the thing with love.. its a weed.. just give it food and water and let nature take its course.. it knows what its doing.

Stay away from Milk in your sprays. Milk naturally curdles.

I think you might be thinking of powdered milk. Your pics do look like some sort of water residue. Have you tried cleaning up the leaves to see if it comes back? Like cali said. Your plants look like they are out in the open and receive good air flow so it might not be PM.

well thanks for the help it justs wierd that two of the 3 plants have it in that area, if it was pm would they all have it?

No not necessarily. And like the others said, it's not PM. Put the milk bottle down... slowly.

Yea I have heard of people using powdered milk not milk from a bottle. I personally wouldn't use it because of the rotting factor and it might attract animals to the plant for an easy dinner.

Hey... Im the FIRST guy to jump in and offer help to anyone, but i mean think about it for a second...
First.. Hes actually sprayed Milk on a plant..
Now .. Thats pretty stupid in itself, BUT.. Hes got 1 tiny plant that is obciously grown by a beginner.. So youll see my 2nd post asking if this is even serious.. If so he needs a book or a good website

BUT... Then i put 2 + 2 together and its obvious from the circular droplets on the stalk thats its the dried milk hes sprayed on it.
