Plz Help! My Roots are drying up

i dont know what happened but my roots started to dry up i think it might have been from underwatering but just wanted some expert advice. and what do i need to do to fix this?? help plz!!!

Raise the water level of your reservoir to reach the roots if this is a DWC and your airstone will do the rest.
