I just came across a 4 light 48 in florecent 120 V light FREEEEEEE, can i use this for my light????? I sure do hope so its been the ONE dang thing Ive been lacking at my first attempt...pleez help

yes..use that light and if you cant get an HID.. get more fluorescents!!
