Please tell me what this is?

OK first off, sorry about the crappy pic, i had to take it from the cell because my usb for the camera has disappeared.
Anyway, as you can see the brown/rust spots are starting on the end of the leaves. the Ph is around 5.6 and I'm using the flora grow nutes. not all of the plants are doing this, but half are.
from reading the post on here best i can tell i need to add Epsom salt? I'm using a dwc bubble system with 6 spots on the system. I have 14 gallons of water in the res. do i add 1 tsp per gallon of Epsom salt?

im using flora micro and flora grow. Im mixing 2 tsp per gallon, thats between the mild general and the veg stage on the bottle, i must be mixing the micro to strong or not enough...

i use epsom salt but i grow in soil so i'm not sure. brown spots on the leaves are usually a sign of overfeeding, I would go very easy with ferts and just give it plain water with a 1/2 tbsp of epsom every other watering for about a week. it should improve
