I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is wrong with this plant. The leaves are curling all on the sides. Here are some pics

It could be a Nitrogen Toxicity, try reading this:

lights on 75-82 lights off 65-70
test your pH. if the pH is out of wack then flush your plants. if thats the case, u had a build up of ferts. the plants could be getting burned by the lamp.Marijuana Plants Problems - Yellow Leaves, brown spots, nutrient shortage etc. check this out if u need more help.
From the looks of you picture the light my be to close because I had the same problem being that I have a small grow area. I raised my light and adjusted some air circulation components then they were fine. It did stunt the growth in my plants but a couple of days later they took off again.

i agree.. we can not know anything for sure nor any proper cure...until we know you have a correct pH
they do look like they can be saved.. i would gues 91.456% that it is a nutrient lock of some sort...
