Please respond quickly

I do not have a scale and something I want to try and make is calling for about 2-3 grams of shake.. is there a way to measure it by teaspoon or something like that? Please respond quick as I am waiting to hear back so I can start making it!

A Lincoln penny weighs 2.5 - 3.1 gm depending on the year it was minted.
