PLEASE need help with flushing !!!

I am not talking about the flush you do before harvest, i am about to empty out my resevoir like i read you are suppose to every 2 weeks to a month to clean out any build up of salts/nutes.

my question is when i drain my resevior and refill it with water when do i add nutrients back to the resevior? do i add the nutes back to the ppm it was before i drained it or do i leave it without any nutes for like a day or so?

get rid of all your solution from the reservoir. clean everything with fresh water. then refill your reservoir with brand new water and mix up your nutrients according to your schedule. make the ph or ec whatever you have tried to keep it constantly at.

a good idea is to have another res out of walmart tub with airstone and have it premixed and moniterd reg with other res airsone keeps the nutes good

thanks for the replies. i just wasnt sure if i was suppose to add nutes right away after cleaning out my res or if i was suppose to keep it just water for a day or two
