Please Mind the Noob Seed Question

Ok- so I was out of it for a bit and let a small male plant (Blackberry) near some in-flower auto/fast flowering (Sea Level) plants.

Since I'm kind of a learn from your mistakes kind of guy... Do I need to do anything different in the harvesting / curing of my bud to harvest and make use of the seeds?

Blackberry X Sea Level - Auto / faster Flowerer...?

I grow indoor CFL so the idea of a kick ass nice indoor plant would be nice, and I'll have decent supply of seeds for a while!!

Any suggestions to HELP would be great - Please don't bring up the obvious.
(I know, just chop the males asap)

Peace & puff puff

No, just harvest like normal, although i would check the seeds for maturity before i chopped. the should be brown with black stripes. If they are green or whit they are not ready.

oh and another question.... Does a hermie = feminization?

b/c that was the case here.

thanks.
Not always, Hermie plants are typically caused by stress and environmental issues. adding hermie genetics to the gene pool could lead to issues later. Breeders wishing to create STABLE fem seeds do so with a hormone.

Perfect! exactly what I was looking for - I was going to chop a little early and get the next round going and put this mess behind me!! but I ought to wait another couple days until the casing starts to split - just now starting.

at least I'll have some seeds and should be a decent X - I hope :)

Thanks dude
