Nebula & White Widow(smallest one)
How you see growing is indoor, watering 2 times per day - morning 250 ml evening 500ml, growlight 400w HPS(16/8 cycle).
I'm not realy sure but i think ladys are 5 weeks old

are you makin sure your pH isnt bouncing all over the place? looks kinda like ph flux issues

Looks like severe nutrient burn... Give her a good flush and time to recover

No, I'm not sure about that because I not yet have ph meter ;( is there a way how to normalise soil ph?
How about the water? Is it better to leave it in a container for 24 hours before using? Does it make any difference?

I try to find some ph meter in gardener shops or mby you can suggest one from i-shop(de) only not very expensive who works :-P

You are over watering. I live in the desert southwest (Arizona USA) and i only water once a week. Give them a good soak...with runoff...I check during the week by pushing a finger carefully into the soil. when leaves at the bottom yellow up it's usually too much water and when the leaves at the top yellow up it's because there isn't enough water. Plus a leaf will look wilty when it is in need of water.

Now upper leaves are getting yellow too and some even get dry

what that mean?

IMO looks overfed and like it was blooming and then started to revegg.. What's your RH?
