please help

My plant started growing on 8-4-09 and since that time it has been growing really really slow. i have grown before and had no problem growing it big and strong, but unforunately it was jacked. i have given it plenty of wat it needs nutrients and water but still the same height its been and i know it still alive because i moved the light to the side of it and it tilted toward it. i transplants it during the first week but i kept enough soil around it so that i wouldnt affect it to much i have it under 2 26w cfls .my question is why is it growing so slow.

overwatering is my guess not sure on cfls so not sure on your light power but i would hazard at overwatering

what is your light sorce? how far away form the plant? My guess just not enough light.

the answer is not enough light u have to 26 watt.. your plant needs at least 100 W 's at LEAST mine have 120 W per plant get more light and you'll be good
