Here are the details which can be read there, and it is simple and just a starting point for dialogue. Thanks for realizing that this is really important and needs to be done immediately as only 30 days are allowed to get the issue 5,000 signatures to be addressed by the White House.
WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:
IMPLEMENT NATIONAL MEDICAL MARIJUANA LAWS AND ALLOW FOR INDIVIDUALS TO GROW A SMALL AMOUNT FOR PERSONAL CONSUMPTION.
PASS FEDERAL LEGISLATION TO ALLOW FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA EVERYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES WITH 1 CONSISTENT, EASILY UNDERSTOOD PIECE OF LEGISLATION.
EXAMPLE-- POSSESS NO MORE THAN 10 PLANTS AND 1 POUND OF DRY USABLE PRODUCT.

"Make the most you can of the Indian Hemp seed and sow it everywhere."
- George Washington
