053.jpg051.jpg052.jpg050.jpgThese are about 3 weeks old. In dwc 5 gallon bucket. Ph is at 5.8. PPMs are at 450. That includes 150 ppms from my tap water. I'm using floranova, cal mag, and super thrive. Any advice to what is causing the yellow spots. Thanks fellas.

Turn the leaf over and look for little tiny bugs, some spider mite damage will look like that. If not bump the nutes another 150-200.

Check very carefully for mites. Use a magnifying glass, the little buggers are like crabs and sometimes can go undetected with the naked eye. Yellow dots ring the spider mite alarm.

No mites found. I had them before so i know what to expect. I will bump up the nutes to see what happens. thanks

I looked with a loupe everywhere. Not one mite. I aslo sprayed the leaves with spider mite killer. Just in case. I dont think its mites. I mean i hope not.

Well fellas im haapy to say they are doing better. I took the advise and bumped nutes up from 450 ppms to 600 pmms and sprayed for mites. When i got off worked, i checked the ppms and they went down to 550. The water level also went down. Seems like they were starving. How often should i increase ppms as the weeks go by. Thanks again.

Looks like a case of spider mites. Never seen a nute deficiency do that but mites will.

Happed to me on my first grow, put the seedlings outside for some winter sun during the day. Whole lot were infected.
Bit of mite treatment and they never returned.

yes i sprayed for mites. If that was it then they are gone. plants is getiing bigger by the minute. Thanks
