Please help with my DarkRoom 120!

I put the body of the tent over the frame it fit really nice but when I went to install the floor it seems like its off by like 1"in both directions... I can only velcro opposite corners but once I go to do up a third corner and I can't without pulling the other ones off I can't figure it out. There is no other tent they sell close to that size so I'm baffled. Is this a common problem?

ok when I built my tent you put the floor insert over the bottom and then put the poles with the floor on the bottom inside the whole tent at that point. Ie.. put the floor on first then put the tent over the whole thing.

hmm im not explaining this very well.. the floor belongs on the INSIDE.. maybe that helps hehe.
