Its severely stretched. Its not getting the light it needs. Also, the pot is too small. It needs a bigger one. It would be helpful if you were to post a picture or two of your light.

If I were you and I could get my hands on some seeds from a bag of weed, I'd scrap that plant and start over with some CFLs for vegging... and then I'd get an HPS for flowering.

How much are they and what size, also how do i transplant? Why can't i use this light?
They aren't expensive. Get the highest wattage you can find. Put a little bit of soil in the new pot. Carefully tip the plant upside down and slide the entire soil and root ball out of the pot in one piece and put it in the new pot and put some soil around it.

Hey it wont slide out of the small pot any advice? The soil is just crumpleing up and falling out.
Hmm. The soil looked moist in the pic. Usually if you tip it upside down and gently knock on the bottom of the pot, the soil ball will slide out into your hand. If the soil isn't moist... then wet it down, push on it a bit to compact it into one piece, hold one hand over the surface of the soil with the plant between two of your fingers, tip it almost upside down... and with the other hand, knock on the bottom of the pot. Shake the pot (carefully) to try and get the soil to slide out in one piece. Sometimes it doesn't go smoothly. If not, its not the end of the world... just try to transplant the best you can without damaging the roots.

Ok i got it, it was really hard. The soil ball was pretty small and it was trying to fall apart. Im going to take a pic for you just to be sure it's right. Do i need to water the new pot now? and how far should i have the light? it's about 1 foot away from the top now.

Man, you're supposed to fill the pot up with soil.

Yes, water the soil now.

If I were you, I'd take it out and fill the pot up with soil. The roots are gonna need the space.

Don't worry about the distance of that light. Just hurry up and get some CFLs. Once you've got them, you can put them to within an inch or two away from the plant because they don't get very hot.
