personally they don't look too bad, IDK whats up with that krinkly looking new growth

You cant just post whats wrong with it? You need to give some details ,
how often do you water, what are you feeding for nutes, how many ppm, how often do you nute, light, how far away the light is, soil/ hydro, strain, age, temps, humidity, pot size and kind, water used, light sched, air exchange, are all factors that could play a role in your problem. A more educated viewer may have been able to help you better. Good luck.
