Also i have a mite problem im gonna go through and get rid of the alot of the really infected leaves will this do harm? what do u think the best option would be?

The reason you have sparce growth (plant probably looks droopy, too) is BECAUSE you have a mite problem. I've treated them successfully with a general purpose insecticide designed for eatable plants like tomatoes. Follow directions and stop several days before harvest and simply give the plant a rinse. Good luck, true mite infections are a bitch...those little fuckers are tiny, tiny, tiny.

yes they do look very droopy! first time grow and i dont wanna have to ditch these girls and start over bc there is alot of bud sets and there is some good growth. Once i kill these fuckers with the health of the plant and buds return? its a 10-11 week flowering stage for diesel so i do have about a good month to go

One other thing.. if your growing indoors, come off 6$ and get a no pest strip. Takes care of all critters
will do man i just went through with a insecticidal soap for tomatoes i got from my hydro shot. I went through and sponged all the bottoms of the leaves and cleaned out my room vacuumed and and sprayed the area with the soap as well. I put an inch of sand on top of the plants so the eggs in the sand wont be able to hatch through the sand. im keeping my fingers crossed and hopping for the best! thanks for the input bro +rep:leaf:

You're welcome... dont forget the no pest strip. If you use it the most you will ever see is a couple of soil gnats flying around trying to get the fuck out of dodge. Then their dead asses will be on the floor!
