i am a first time grower. can someone please help me with any ideas on how to set up my grow? i have 4 1000 watt hps, 2 4ft florecents, charcoal filter, fans and any hardware needed. please help me>

Set your lights up so that you're getting at least 3500 lumens per square foot, and no more than 10,000, then pack a bunch of plants underneath them. 
Seriously man, that's a massive question, and could take hours to answer. You better do a bunch of reading, look at other peaples' grow journals, then decide what will work best for yourself, in the size area that you plan to use.
