Please help me with this problem

I have a seedling 15 day old and one leaf have a 2 pigment spot and I dont know how to react so please help me...
Its under 30w 6500 household led and vent is direct at her for breeze...and I was thinking its a problem but this pigment spot is only in that leaf ???

Nothing to worry about but when you transplant get some perlite to add to your soil. What I can see of that doesn't look great.

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS. I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links.
