I can't help you because I'm a soilless mix kind of guy.

There's plenty of info here use that search bar on the top. It's a miracle worker. Be specific.

I do my mixes even parts peat moss/perlite/compost.

Add your amendments at 1/4 to 1/2 cup each per cubic feet of soil (about 7 gallons)

Worm castings should be 15% of your potting mix. I'd do the same for your compost, then mix in your black gold soil for the rest. Maybe add some peat or aeration like perlite to lighten up the mix if you need better drainage.

You want rock dusts, I think the mix from ROLS is this:

per cuft mix:

4-5 cups rock dusts

4x glacial
1x basalt
1x bentonite
1x oyster shell

Also crab shell meal if you've got it @ 1/2cup / cuft (approx 7.5 gallons)

You may save your egg shells and use them as a replacement for lime, I believe the oyster shell and gypsum should help with pH buffering but you should be kosher in beds.

Perlite is fine for aeration but long term it will break turn to sand. I doubt earthworms prefer slithering through sharp volcanic rock! Rice hulls will break down over time and become less effective at draining soil. Pumice can be purchased for quite cheap at local feed and farm stores or landscaping companies, and it will last for years. I had to call about ten different companies before finding some at a local landscaping business..
