It has pistils. but it also looks like it has balls.
Could be a hermie, check out this thread - this is a hermie and looks kinda like yours.

@NinjaMaster thanks, i wasted no time and just cut it down. I got 2 more strains that i know are females

Yeah, i would have cut it down as well. Otherwise you might lose the good females you already have
