Please Help Identify Bug Tiny holes

One of my plants has some kind of infestation of bugs. I can not ever find them so I think its just one or two small bugs. The holes are tiny its concentrated on one plant. I think it might be fungus flies. My setup is a DWC. I just bought some insecticide soap. Here is the pic

bump. i put fly paper out and doing a soap bath on the leaves

get sum ladybugs n throw em on your plant
or find a praying mantis and put him in there as long as there is plenty of food they will thruve
