Please Help how many plants will this grow

I use (Cfls)
2 x 85w big Cfls (5200) lumens each 1 x 30w little Cfl (2000) lumens
3 x F tubes (20-30w)equal to about (6000) lumens
so i got about a total 18,400 lumens
How many plants will this grow nicely with ok buds

3-4. But for flowering you need more lights and the right spectrum.

Seedling and Vegetative cycle: 6500K (daylight)
Flowering cycle: 2700K (warm white)

Mix the spectrums up during veg for best results, and when you flower use more of the 2700K.

yeah man 3000k and under are the warmer bulbs. Any thing above that is good for veg. cycle. Mix em up a little for flowering.
