Need some more help. All was going well and now this. Still feeding 5ml cal 5ml micro 10ml bloom 2ml hydrogard ro water. Res temps 68-69 room temps 74-78 . The lil plants has struggled since I started the grow. They are 2 different strains should I put them in different resivor. Any help would be really appreciated.
I ran two different strains in the same large res and it was a huge struggle--was a little new then but I swore I would never do it again. I made it through the whole grow and made a little bit of smoke but they were sickly all the way. Probably just me but like I said never again. I would split them up into two 5 gallon buckets if possible (with your new water) and go from there. If your water temps stay under 72 I would save the hydroguard.

Not sure what to tell ya,looks like a severe Mg deficiency with the yellowing between the veins.I always put epsom in my res @8 grams per 12 gallons. Also Potassium deficiency with the edges burnt like that.

Thanks everyone for the help I thank I figured it out. pH I finally got a good pH pen blue labs. My old one was reading 6.15 and the blue labs was 5.4

Yeah the plant was yelling at you. I would bring it up to 6 so the Mg can work it’s way it.

Those roots are not healthy. If they are clumped up and brown you got an issue.

Does the res smell a little? If it has little funk to it there is an issue.

I had lots of rot issues till I started going sterile.

Even with low temps and hydrogaurd if you stick your filthy hands in the water you introduce bacteria that flourish in the feed.

If the res smells...cut the roots from the pot. All the dangly ones. Everything that is brown is dead. Rinse the net pot in 3% h202. Change your res. Go with a sterile res and stick to just the 3 part gh. Nothing else.

Any additives that has a hint of organics in it fucks hydro hard. I tried to get AN ph perfect working but they use little bits of organic shit and it was not possible to go a grow without rot till I switched.

I use pool shock now. I did hydrogaurd at first and it did fuck all for me.

I switched to jacks 321 tap...has been working wonders...leaps and bounds above the rest as far as my res tank goes. Nice and clean. Just add some shock every 3 or 4 days.

Oh yeah. My bad. But only when needed. Don't use it till the plant tells you it needs it. With RO water is is needed more.

All synthetic nutes have it. Some strains need more. It is 100% strain dependent on whether you need it or not. So have it on hand but do not use it till the plants ask for it.
