Please help about seleting LED to make growing lamp for hyro

Hi Guy I am now working on my new hydroponic room which will grow 16 plants when it done. I looking foreword to use LED for growing this crops due to lower energy consumption and heat, So I decide that I will use around 100 of Power LED which will contain 60 of blue and 40 of red . I have done some research that wave lengths that will good for cannabis growing is around 600-750 nm , but due to LED specification, It will created wave length around 620-630nm for red and 464-476nm for blue . I dont know what it will be good grow lamp for growing my hydro crop from seeding to harvest? , or do I need to increase number of LED or using it with CFL ? .. any Idea?

depending on how big your grow space is, you should be ok with led's. you may have to use 2 of the same lights as opposed to the 1 you are using now if your grow space is bigger than a stealth setup(3'-4') they say cfl's help with supplemental lighting when growing with led's and some journal's on here prove that point. if your space is small(under 3') then i would stick with a 120-180w ufo and MAYBE 1 or 2 cfl's. hope this helps

Now I have change from 1 w led to 3 wat led that will contain 60 of blue and 60 of red,

-For growing space that I will grow my 16 pant is around .8 meter x 2 meter x 3 meter (W x N x H) please note that 3 meter is the maxmum height for plant. During growing stage lamp can be adjust

-I am now confusing with lumes of LED doesn't it matter because many people on web claim that is not that importance if I want to grow with LED the most importance is wavelength that they will provide and intensity of it. but I is pretty clear to me that one of the most problems with led is plant doesn't get enough light to grow healthy .....Should I upgrade my LED to 10 watt for better solution or add more of 4 of 20 wat of warm white LED?

- And do IR LED is use ful for growing (wavelength around 700-750 nm)

10 or 20w of even the best LED panels won't grow much, that would MAYBE work as well as 35-45w of HPS

Im tellen you from expierence of being one of the first lab rats buying the 1$t led ufo from hid hut for 6 hundo over fucken priced its sweet for veg off the fucken chain for veg it was in the 630nm red wich didnt flower shit yrs down the line i bought 660nm red with some white wich stopped the stretching had to start seedlings off a lil over 3 ft from the 5th gen ufo instead of 2 ft from the first one. for veg there cool as hell 100% recomended for bloom only if your gonna grow a pure indica and one ufo 660nm with white leds will give you about 2 ozs maybe 3 if you really try only good for one plant really in bloom but you can veg 6 so theres my advice hommie
